Symons Litigation is “small by design”. We cater to clients who prefer to know that they will only have one lawyer handling their matter from beginning to end. They appreciate the fact that when they telephone the firm, the person who answers the phone will always be their lawyer, rather than a secretary or junior lawyer. They enjoy the fact that their lawyer knows who they are and which matter they are calling to discuss. Files are actually run by a senior lawyer rather than only supervised by one. The benefit to clients is cost efficiency, experience and accountability in the handling of their matters.
Symons Litigation provides city quality legal advice for less than clients would pay for a city based law firm. We can afford to operate this way because we run a primarily virtual practice, which allows us to avoid the overheads associated with CBD office space. The majority of our conferences are conducted either via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If clients have a particular preference to meet in person this can be arranged.
